Just add eggs, sugar and a tin of evaporated milk from your local shop.
How to bake it (bakes one 9-inch pie)
- Heat the oven to 220°C (200°C fan)
- Whisk the Libby's Pumpkin, 2 eggs, 150g sugar, 2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice & a pinch of salt
- Stir in a 410g tin of evaporated milk
- Pour into the Keebler Graham Crust
- Bake 15 min at 220°C, then 35–40 min at 180°C until set
- Cool for 2 hours and serve with whipped cream
