Great! I used the pie filling as an ingredient to make pistachio muffins as I missed buying the pistashio muffins from Shop Rite since living in the UK. They turned out really good—the family loved them ☺️

When I was in the US a guy always used to bring "green cake" his wife made. Always loved it , so had to make it when I came back - this is one of the ingredients - it is soooo good.
Easy, too - any supermarket cake mix will do.
