How It Works

FAQs

Can someone else collect my order?

In most cases, yes. They will usually need to bring the collection notification (containing the barcode or PIN) and potentially your ID. Please check the specific requirements in your delivery email.

How long do I have to collect my order?

Holding times vary depending on the specific courier used. It is typically 7 days. Your "Ready for Collection" notification will confirm the exact deadline.

How do I know when I can collect my order?

You will be sent a notification as soon as the courier scans your package at the location. Please wait for this confirmation before heading to the pickup point to ensure it is ready for you.
