Good product/ bad delivery service
The product purchased is an excellent item that I have enjoyed for years. The delivery service "Parcel Force" would not leave parcel in secure area of residence. The same place Amazon & others leave my parcels. Was required to stay home till mid afternoon waiting. Suggest you use another delivery service or give instruction to leave parcel in secure area.

When I opened the packets, at least half the of the biscuits were broken which made them unusable. They need to be packaged better to ensure the product isn’t arriving in that state. I’m not sure I would order these crackers from here again if that is the state they will be arriving in.

Ordered Honey Grham Crackers for smores. They were great, fresh, crunchy and tasted deicious. I was worried they’d arrive broken because loads of reviews on other websites said that, but they were all intact.
