Out of date, but still the best

We have loved Aunt Jemima’s/Pearl Milling Company’s pancake mix since we first tried it in the US. Only the Original and never the Complete. Lovely, fluffy pancakes to die for. We usually buy in bulk and go beyond the best before date, so we were good with getting packs that recently expired and the discount was excellent. What’s not to love?
