I love this- in my opinion the name is misleading as there’s barely a hint of cinnamon, but it’s certainly a ‘soft’ sweetness, not harsh or artificial, and is my favourite all rounder. The previous name of ‘brown sugar cinnamon’ was more descriptive I think. I’ve never used it in coffee but love it with Greek yoghurt and in sauces/custards as a zero calorie sweetener. Not always easy to get ( often out of stock) but I guess it’s universally popular.
