JIFFY MIX UK | AUTHENTIC SOUTHERN CORN MUFFINS
The iconic little blue box that delivers perfect American baking in minutes.
[🌽 The Original Sweet Cornbread Mix]
The Secret to Authentic American Cornbread
Looking to serve the perfect side to chili or barbecue? While UK supermarkets offer excellent standard flour and bread mixes, authentic Jiffy Mix provides a distinct, traditional Southern texture that sets it apart.
Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix is not a standard savoury bread mix. It is formulated with traditional American cornmeal and a signature touch of sweetness. This classic recipe results in a crumbly, golden, and slightly sweet muffin or loaf, completely avoiding the dense, dry, or purely savoury profiles found in standard UK baking mixes.
How to Serve Jiffy Mix
- Classic Corn Muffins: Bake them straight from the box for the ultimate sweet-and-savoury side to chili, ribs, or pulled pork.
- Honey Butter Cornbread: Bake in a skillet and brush with melted butter and honey right out of the oven for a true Southern treat.
- Cornbread Casseroles: The essential base ingredient for classic American holiday corn puddings and tamale pies.
